What is the role?
The Personal Assistant and Project coordinator will be working directly with the Country Head of BNP Paribas Romania and also with the Regional Head of Change management, with the following mission:
- Assisting and providing constant support to the Country Head, within all the activities related to the role of Personal Assistant.
- Assisting the Country Head and the Regional Head of Communication on all Communication and CSR topics for BNP Paribas CIB Romania.

Key Responsibilities of role
As PA of the Country Head of BNP Paribas Romania:

As Project Coordinator:
- Support the Project Managers in planning, organizing and follow-up of daily project activities.

- Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders and external partners.

Notre objectif principal est de minimiser les risques d’incidents et d’optimiser la qualité des applications informatiques tout en réduisant les coûts et les délais des projets ou maintenances informatiques.
Votre mission couvrira les aspects suivants
- Participation à la construction et au maintien du référentiel de test sur le périmètre associé au testeur avec un objectif de pérennité.
- Couverture des différentes étapes d’un projet de tests :
- Contribution à la stratégie de recette ;
- Rédaction des spécifications de tests ;
- Gestion des interrogations, incohérences, manques détectés à la lecture des cahiers des charges tout en garantissant le bon déroulement de l’exécution des recettes ;
- Mise en œuvre ou vérification de la bonne mise en œuvre des prérequis sur le périmètre d’activité défini (à minima installations, configurations, jeux de données) ;
- Organisation des campagnes de test dans l’outil de gestion des tests ;

- Support to clarify and qualify the business need or to carry out studies before project launch
- Design software solutions, draw up analysis, tests and detail the changes / developments given to the application
- Develop software that meets development and security standards, while incorporating data and security objectives
- Troubleshooting bugs detected in system operation
- Maintain the technical documentation of the allocated application
- Help to optimize existing code and improve its maintainability
- Ensure the good functioning of the application
- Ensure the necessary data transfer between applications
- Shares knowledge about his/her area of expertise, best practices and provides functional support
What we are looking for:
- Relevant experience in COBOL programming
- Medium level of French
- Good English skills
- Experience with Mainframe, JCL, DB2
- Experience in proposing / designing technical solutions
- Experience in creating technical specifications
- Experience in drafting / implementing the test plan
- Technical university degree
