Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end testing of the user stories developed within the squad
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and at the creation of user stories

Mission:

  • Implémenter les flux Firewall sur les différents équipements du dispositif de filtrage conformément aux demandes validées à travers les outils « Tufin ou DSO ».
  • S’assurer du bon déploiement les politiques de Sécurité Groupe et Locales sur les équipements FW, Proxy et WAF sous notre responsabilité.
  • Être partenaire des projets et des équipes ITRM dans l’implémentation des flux, y compris pour les flux applicatifs.
  • Réaliser les différentes Investigations techniques nécessaires à la résolution des incidents ou des blocages rencontrés.
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre des règles de filtrage sur l’ensemble des équipements de filtrage (Firewall, Router, Proxy, WAF, …) en respectant les politiques de sécurité actuellement en place et décrits à travers la procédure « Gestion des demandes de Firewalls».
  • Assurer le lien avec ; la filière sécurité des entités métiers ; les équipes de production sécurité ; les équipes d’architecture technique pour faire évoluer les matrices d’analyse de risque en fonction des besoins et avec une ambition d’automatisation.

  • Contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria for user stories and write associated acceptance scenarios
  • Contribute to the evaluation of user stories complexity
  • Contribute to the test automation strategy
  • Design and implement test repository: test cases with associated test data made available to the team
  • Implement regression testing
  • Help define and regularly update team deliverables (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done etc.)

Contexte de la mission:

L’IT OPS est le garant principal de la Production tout au long du cycle projet. Il est l’un des acteurs principaux dans la prise en compte des exigences de production et participe à la définition des solutions techniques en suivant leur implémentation au sein d’APS. Il garantit la stabilité des environnements de non-production et de production. Ses activités s’inscrivent dans une démarche Agile et DevOps, assurant l’implémentation des user stories techniques et de l’alimentation du backlog projet.

Mission:

Participer à la définition des solutions techniques :

  • Promouvoir l’utilisation de services existants pour réduire les coûts et délais de mise en œuvre, en intégrant les exigences APS dans le backlog projet
  • Favoriser les solutions réutilisables si jamais une nouvelle solution devait être produite
  • Anticiper les problématiques de conformité, de respect des standards d’architecture, ainsi que de cybersécurité des solutions retenues
  • L’IT OPS peut être détaché dans les tribes concernées en fonction des besoins.

Mettre en œuvre les solutions techniques :

  • Collaborer avec les différents acteurs APS
  • Mettre en place le logging, monitoring et l’alerting adéquats des solutions mises en Production conjointement avec le SRE
  • Assurer la mise à disposition des ressources de production (environnements, monitoring, performance) et d’infrastructure en facilitant le déploiement de solutions
  • S’approprier les connaissances applicatives nécessaires pour pouvoir identifier les points de blocage (flux, sécurité, réseau) pour pouvoir alerter et proposer des plans d’action
  • Provisionner l’ensemble des infrastructures, plateformes, flux, databases, middleware, certificats et ouvertures réseaux nécessaires
  • Assurer la réalisation de tests techniques (type performance et reprise) avant toute mise en production
  • Veiller à la mise en œuvre de la documentation nécessaire avant toute mise en production.
  • S’assurer que les activités menées soient suivies et pilotées dans le backlog
  • Etablir les ICPlans / DRP avec les responsables applicatifs
  • Réaliser et suivre les changes / problèmes sur le périmètre applicatif concerné
  • Faire preuve d’initiative et proposer des solutions d’améliorations dans les process de l’équipe.

Compétences Techniques :

  • Connaitre et comprendre les OS utilisés au sein du SI (principalement RHEL, Windows), sur les Serveurs d’Application (Apache/Tomcat, Websphere Application Server, JBoss), ainsi que sur les autres composants techniques (CFT, MQ Series, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MicroFocus, F5)
  • Connaitre les outils nécessaires aux tâches d’industrialisation / automatisation, tant du côté scheduling (Autosys) que côté configuration applicative et déploiement (Jenkins, Git, Ansible Tower)
  • Être certifié sur l’ecosystème cloud IBM avec une certification de type « bronze »
