  1. Contributes to the deployment of the operational risk management framework of the company. This includes in particular :
    1. Contribute to drive the change by participating in the implementation of major transformation programs, in particular when these are linked to a recommendation from the Supervisor or to compliance with a regulatory provision
    2. Ensure that operational risk regulations, norms, guidelines and methodologies are understood and implemented over time within the company (e.g. Risk and Control Self -Assessment [RCSA] and Incident check & challenge);
    3. Perform second line controls;
    4. Carry out Independent analysis;
    5. Entrench the use of Group operational risk management tools and related reporting;
    6. Implement the decisions taken in terms of operational risks
    7. Ensure feedback and transmission of information adapted to stakes;
    8. Participate to the crisis management following an operational incident.
    9. Ensure that the Governance relating to the management of operational risks                2.Contributes, in the framework of the associated Governance, to bring to the attention of the stakeholders the operational risk profile of the company , including in particular:
    1. Based notably on 2nd level controls and independent analysis carried out by the second line of defense, of the robustness of the system put in place by the first line of defense, which may, if necessary, lead to permanent control actions;
    2. A qualitative and quantitative monitoring of incidents, including in particular an analysis of the most important of them and supervision of the associated action plans, concerning the following risks:        – Fraud

– Safety of people and properties

– Deterioration of assets

– Outsourcing

– Business continuity

– Technological risks

– Personal Data Protection (delegated to the Data Protection Officer)

– Processes errors execution;

    1. A qualitative monitoring of events external to the company that may impact the risk profile;
    2. A quantitative and qualitative management of the remediation of the audit recommendation

Studies: Bachelor Degree and at least 3 years in a similar position in a financial institution

Past experience in a team in charge of operational processes or managing operational risk in the first or second line of defense.

In addition, general knowledge of technological risk will be sought, given the importance of technology in the business processes of the company.

Last, the capacity to synthesize and communicate, to be proactive, to challenge the existing and propose solutions (change management), to be pragmatic in analysis and action, to work in collaborative mode in a changing environment with respect of the deadlines
