 Job attributions:

  • Lead development of the Shared Services Center in Bucharest
  •  Build an effective partnership between the SSC and:          – external IT providers (Total Soft for Charisma and the hosting provider)          – BPLS subsidiaries using Charisma          – BPLS IT Corp (IT Risks / IT Governance / IT Operations) 
  •  Manage the team’s workload by prioritizing, performing weekly task planning & follow-up sessions
  •   Prepare and animate team committees from a day to day follow-up to a strategic steering committee with countries and management 
  •   Pilot and arbitrate all requirements that need to be implemented in the software.
  •   Control all SLAs from the hosting provider which hosts the charisma solution and from the software editor
  •   Manage and closely drive all project activities, changes, and continuous improvements in Charisma ERP (One Charisma project for example)
  •   Implement standardization of processes and best practices in subsidiaries.
  •  Develop an effective performance culture 
  •  Provide processes oversight and support to the businesses to enable them to comply with relevant policies and to meet internal requirements in a timely and compliant manner
  •  Prepare monthly Committees on line with the IT Corporate Governance
  •  Prepare and follow the annual budgets.
  •  Deliver SLAs/KPIs and improve efficiency of the operations 
  • Manage locally the SCC team:          – Prepare and lead team meetings         – Attract new staff members         – Retain & develop talent by performing annual and mid-year evaluation sessions

Experience level: At least 12 years
Education level: Master Degree or equivalent  (> 4 years)

Business skills:
              – Business/IT Relationship (Proficient)
              – IT Infrastructure (Beginner)
              – IT Development (Proficient)
              – IT Risk and Cyber Security (Beginner)
